At the reception there's a steady line of people waiting to check in. It took us 30 min. The front desk doesn't pick up the phone ever, in fact, the receptionist disconnected the ringing phone as we were standing in line. Housekeeping doesn't answer the phone either. The room and bathroom were dirty, smell of pot in elevator and other places. All this for the low low price of approxi $300/ night.

James checked us in and he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The amazing omelette lady is an absolute joy. The pool was clean and the chairs around were comfortable. Our room was comfortable and the halls were quiet. Great stay for my family of 6.

The staff were great and spacious but had issues with the building. The first room (405) they gave me, the AC was noisy and couldnt sleep all night. They were helpful to move us to a new room but the 2nd room they gave me, the TV did not work.

Nice hotel it was convenient for what we were there for. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. A few concerns that I have we had heard about people breaking into people cars in the parking deck and when we was leaving out from our stay somebody’s windows had been broken out. If you’re asking people to pay 37.00 a night in your parking deck your car should be safe! The tv in my room couldn’t see any channels was a dark screen. Other than those 2 concerns everything else was fine.

Day 1 we had sink that was stopped up. It took over 1.5 hours to get it fixed. Pillow case is dirt with something on it. The shower is missing a handle, which is a safety hazard. Ordered dinner last night at 9pm, it never came. 8 went down stairs to see what was going on. The lady at the bar raise she never received a notification but had my order. We received or food at 10:30pm. The problem is my wife is diabetic. Now the sink is stopped up again, the 2ater won't drain. I will say when we left the manager tired to make things right.

There's several maintenance issues our room needs. Door handle to bedroom to bathroom was about to fall off, sink does not drain and toilet wont flush. Holes in wall. Very noisy and so many cars reving. Balcony chairs busted. Also the a/c doesn't work well. Keeps getting hot in our room. Broken shower gel bottle, and the bed is so uncomfortable its like sleeping on carboard. 😫 couldn’t open one side of the closet. For embassy suites i expect better. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting. I've been to motel 6 that did better. Staff took our towels and never replaced them. Called to have them replaced. Took hours. Finally just left without showering to our night out. Came back to unfolded towels thrown on the couch.... parking here is frustrating to say the least. Wont be back. Find somewhere else to stay. Not worth the money.

My room was not ready and I was even late for check in but room still wasn’t ready. I had a double room with 2 TVs and 1 remote. One nightlight didn’t work by the bed. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room. Also if I’m paying to stay at this hotel I shouldn’t have to pay for parking, $37.50 a day at that that’s ridiculous.
