When we arrived, the sliding bathroom door was off its track and almost fell on my 10-year-old daughter. I let them know because I don't think anyone reported it to be repaired in time. My wife and I fixed it ourselves, and it took us about 10 minutes to do so, and I don't know why it wasn't repaired on time. Another issue is parking; nobody tells us anything about the cost. Normally, when you rent a room in a hotel, parking is free, but they charged me $120 for 3 nights. It's not only a rip-off but also ridiculously expensive.

Embassy is always our go-to for accommodations, and this was our first time visiting this particular location. Check-in was easy, and we arrived during the manager’s reception. We have noticed over time that the reception seems to have been scaled down compared to previous stays, and when we arrived around 5:30 there weren’t many plates available. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and the receptionist was standard. Our room appeared clean overall, but we did notice a few maintenance issues: a broken handle on one of the shower doors, the shampoo container had fallen off the wall, and the refrigerator was so cold that it froze our items overnight. Thankfully, that wasn’t a major inconvenience since it was only a one-night stay. At breakfast the next morning, there were also no plates available when we arrived. On a positive note, the older lady from Orlando, Florida working the omelette station was very friendly and provided great service. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. We may stay again, especially for a short stay, but a few updates and improvements could make the visit even better.

Breakfast items offered were cheap and rubbery. Room was not clean when we arrived, toilet clogged and full of poop. New room had dirty upholstry and tearing wallpaper. Staff was very friendly and attempted to fix issues as best they could. Very good team members, shoddy place. Maybe this was a nice place, 7 years ago. Needs an upgrade badly.

The staff was courteous. Curtains in the room was broken. Some of the light fixtures did not work, so the room was not as bright as it could be. Both beds were comfortable. Sleeping sofa was very thin, uncomfortable. Extra bedding was not in the closet, so we had to ask the front desk. Continental breakfast was great. Overall average.

The breakfast was good to be a hotel, the rooms were decent far as cleanliness. The facility itself could use some maintenance care. My room was switched 3 times due to non functional reasons. Example heat and toliet to name a few. Staff was accommodating but not accommodating enough. 3 hours without a functioning room i feel like my stay should had been pro rated.
