When we stayed, they put us under a room that seemed to have long term residents in it. They just kept on making noise and stomping all over the place and moving furniture. At night, they played their music loudly until 3 in the morning. On the second day we've had enough and I went to speak to the attendant who stated that they would relay the information to the manager when they arrived in the morning which meant that we had to deal with the stomping and furniture moving and loud music for a whole other night. I don't understand how we couldn't be moved when we complained several times that day. We did end up speaking to the manager in the morning who finally put us in a different room which thankfully didn't have any problems from the previous room. Unfortunately the shower curtain was caked in mold which made it hard to shower and not get that stuff on you.

I literally pulled into the parking lot to unload my luggage, there were flickering lights, busted out windows, window blinds that were busted, cars with slashed tired in the parking lot and sketchy people in the parking lot. I didn't even walk in. I called Nick at the front desk whom I had talked to to confirm my reservation, handled it perfectly. This place does not look like what it looks like in the pictures online even though their 4.9 star review

The entire property smelt like marajuana. Shady people in parking lot. Room was not clean and had a horrible odor. Desk in room did not have a chair to work at. Temperature in room was hot and air only worked part of the time.

Staff were not welcoming. I was ignored when I walked to the desk. Staff had an attitude and asked me to assist another patron with a cash app request. I was a bit skeptical about it and he seemed annoyed by that. Ac leaked in the room and had towels to catch the water that was leaking. Tub had black spots around it and visible damage. Trash outside by the end of the night. The property has potential but you can tell the owners just don’t maintain it well.

The staff member at check-in did not make eye contact and did not provide any information except for the room number. The staff member at checkout was very friendly. This was probably the highlight of the stay. The elevator was not working (but the check in person didn't mention this), so we carried our bags up the stairs. The hotel property was unkempt and the room was not cleaned thoroughly (e,g, food scraps, dust and hair from previous guests); the white bed sheets were stained. There was soap and towels, but no hangers, iron or hair dryer. The microwave was dirty and the AC and/or fridge were leaking. We were only there for one night and didn’t spend much time in the room. If you need a cheap place to stay and cleanliness or smells is not an issue for you, this is the place for you. I would not re-book in the future.

The only thing we liked was leaving. Truly a horrible place, we witnessed a "lady of the night" come out with a client while walking with my 3 year old daughter and my 9 year old daughter. It reek of drugs, music blarring at 4am. The restroom had pee stain on the wall and hair everywhere, the bedsheets had cigarette burns. Do yourselves a favor and avoid at all cost.

Hallways smell like a drug Was a nightmare to make it to door with my 16 year old. We stayed two nights only because I had paid for it. I do not recommend this hotel. Ice machine does not work and several people just hanging outside hotel. They did not bother anyone or myself but were just locals waiting to clear funds for a room I guess. The stafff know them. Property needs renovation and a better smoke policy enforced.
