The staff was extremely responsive to all of my concerns.
This was the only problem I had on my trip. Its an intermittent water leak over the desk/table in my room.
The missing handle on the Dresser also negatively impacted to overall room score.

There was no staff to take our luggage upstairs. We booked a two bedroom suite with Jacuzzi tub. The water did not go down the sink in the second bedroom. My husband had to take the luggage upstairs and downstairs when we checked out we requested room service to clean no one showed up when they finally did. They just brought towels at 7:30 at night. There is no staff to help you and no staff to solve problems. The room was dated and old and to spend over $1500 for this experience, I was heavily disappointed.

Walking in was a great feeling the kids were super excited seeing everything that was there to do. As we were getting to our rooms we noticed they were still being cleaned. That wasn’t the problem, but then seeing the beds didn’t have but one sheet and no mattress protector. The room was basic nothing special and then I seen a roach. At this point I wasn’t happy at all. The kids wanted to go to the water park so we dealt with what we had to but this place is officially off my summer things to do moving forward. The food at ace was also the worst ever !

Staff was great, hotel was clean. Could of had 1 or 2 more front desk clerks to expedite a busy Friday check in crowd. The elevators had a few operational quirks which slightly slowed down the movement of guests to their rooms, but these things are a bit on the knit picking side of complaints.

if you don’t expect anything you won’t be disappointed. much of the property is a flashback to the late 80s, including the elevators and some of the furniture. With that expectation, the ocean-facing balcony rooms are worth the extra few dollars when it’s warm enough to use them.

They didn’t have a slip cover on the bed only a thin flat sheet that kept on coming off room was very clean and beautiful we stood 3 days nobody came to give new towels or tissue . Other than that it was cool
