Room was small but clean. A little dated but perfectly fine. Room had a great view out across park and to the Sky Tower - beautiful at night. Convenient location with walking distance to everything I needed. Would stay again.

The room definitely did not look like the photos. The bathroom was still dirty from previous guests, noticeable watermarks, dirty grout and toothpaste stains. No where to hang up or put away clothes.

The room looks good only in the pictures. In reality it smells of mold and water seepage. The walls have water leakage bubbles and the paint is coming off. the mattress are years old and you cannot sleep comfortably . I have a serious back ache and showing a doctor / Physio for the health issues.

I suggest the manager stay a night in room 211 so they can experience the inconvenience when staying in the room and hopefully make the necessary improvements. Shower hose leaks Curtain too high so water splashes over all the floor Several attempts to fully flush the toilet. Kettle had to be placed on floor to have access to power Long black hairs on bathroom floor No shelves for toilet bag in bathroom Fridge noisy and froze milk and also the bottle of water causing the bottle to crack and break. No racks to place luggage although the room has ample space for a rack. No teaspoons for tea or coffee No exhaust fan in the bathroom Hand basin plug doesn't work At the hotel entrance the mat is folded at one edge and is a significant trip hazard. This poor quality mat gives a very early indication guests are not seriously considered. From a guest perspective NO attention is given to the needs and comfort of your guests.

The TV wouldn't go. The milk was frozen for our coffee this morning. We told front desk they might need to check fridge. But however we were offered a cooked breakfast in the VR motel which was very delicious 😋.

2 men at front desk were unattentive and uninterested. Aircon wasnt cold, no cutlery not even spoon to make coffee. Fridge froze all our food. Needs to be made aware that when booking you need to reserve car space as when we got there all spaces were full.

The room was a bit dirty and there was a bug infestation. I tried to kill them but more came back! They really should do something about this issue. I had to move rooms and the second one wasn’t much better. The hotel was falling apart too. I wouldn’t stay here again. The lady at the front desk tried her best, but clearly the place needs refurbishing.

I got the executive room for a night. TV wouldn’t work so I was given a breakfast voucher. Very appreciative of the effort to remedy the problem. Night time movies at a hotel are the best though so was bummed I couldn’t watch anything. Thank you to this gentlemen for trying 🙏 I had a separate stay. This is where the problem arose. I had to cancel it and it was just made extra difficult by the hotel staff. That feeling like you are being told to talk to ‘the other guy to get it fixed.’I’m happy Expedia is the best and they got me a refund. I am not a fan of reviewing places because it can impact the livelihood of the staff and hotel but it’s important to do so sometimes. I felt I was a problem for the hotel instead of a guest but this was just my experience. If you have no need to interact then you may find this place fits enough boxes for price and location. Thank you for the breakfast 🙏

Some basic maintenance needs to be undertaken. E.g. the bathroom shelves lean forward meaning things can fall forward into the basin. Of more concern, the scan key in the LH lift is broken and for security reasons would need fixing. The entry carpet rectangle at hotel entry is uneven and a fall hazard.

They did not have a trash can in the room other than a very small one for the toilet. Plastic water bottle found in the room left by prior guest. Many creamer packets in fridge but not in a designated container so couldn’t tell if they were new or left by prior guest. Very few parking spots and very tight parking- don't count on parking to be available. they will also charge you $35 per day to park. We did not get breakfast since it wasn’t included. Walls were very thin and could hear neighbors talking all night - they weren’t talking loud.
