Room was spotless, staff throughout were courteous & welcoming, the record player in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast menu was extensive & freshly made. Location is second to none, close enough to the viaduct for a short stagger back but far enough for there to be no noise.

First time staying at Ohtel and would definitely be back! Great service and experience during our entire stay. We got upgraded to a suite which was great. Conviniently located in the viaduct with great amenties such as the gym/sauna/pool. Liked how quiet it was as well.

Retro vibe of the Ohtel. It is like a home away from home. Just a heads up if you are a light sleeper, dont book a room on the street side of the hotel. Music from viaduct is very loud.

Stayed for two nights, This hotel is located near the viaduct with safe parking. The staff were excellent and let me park my car earlier than my check in time. They also upgraded our room and it was fabulous. Very well decorated , clean and nice. The bed was super comfy. They have a heated outdoor pool and gym which was delightful. There is also espresso and tea in the room that is complementary. definitely recommend staying here when staying in Auckland!
