Everything about our stay was impressive. Check in was simple. The room was very well appointed clean and the bed was so comfortable! It was my birthday and I received a lovely surprise gift of handmade chocolate and a handwritten card. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Cleaning staff were helpful and friendly; check-in staff could have provided more information about finding our room, lift use and locations. Room cleanliness needed a little more attention to detail and there was a strip of light coming into room about curtains all night. TV options were good but it was clunky to use and remote very slow to respond. Great location though.

I booked seven rooms for three days. When I arrived, I asked for a room with two single beds instead of one double bed, and was told that I would have to pay an extra $20 per night. I find this pathetic and very unprofessional, given the price I paid for the hotel reservation, not to mention the meeting room reservation.
