We hadn’t been here for a while but I was most impressed with the check in/check out process which was just via a kiosk and easy to use. The room was very clean and big and it was a really great 1 night getaway!

On arrival we were told our room wasnt ready we had to wait an hour by the time we got to our room it was after 4pm,so Inconvienant as it was myself and twin sisters 60th Hence why we booked for 2 nights.Our Whanau put a Surprise Birthday on this day before we arrived at Sky City we expected to come straight to our rooms and settle in which was not the case.My Brother and Sisters room was available when we arrived.The communication was very poor from the Original room we requested when booked was not available by the time we did arrive in our room finally again it was not on level 1 i was told from a staff member overal we enjoyed the stay but very Dissapointed and stressed by the time we got to our room

Staff is really very professional and really nice people Room is very clean and the staff has cleaned it everyday of our stay The hotel is located very near to all restaurants and sight seeing places. For vegetarians , breakfast buffet is not suitable
