We had an excellent stay. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel truly cared for. Loved the staff and hotel but one major issue that the hotel must fix . Did not have hot water to shower so couldn’t shower the night of and waited until the morning and still cold water even after maintenance said twice it was fixed. This is a more luxury hotel and room issues or water issues shouldn’t be a problem

Not the standard Embassy Suites, it's very small and simple. There's no wow factor when you walk in like the typical Embassy Suites. More like a Drury Inn. The WORST bed I've ever slept on, my back is still in pain from it. Made-to-order breakfast was a hot mess. None of our orders came as marked on the sheet. The omelettes were Russian roulettes on what you'll get. The a-la-carts were ignored, or only one item were made. Room was clean and modern.
