It was a decent place to stay.However, I was almost late for my flight.Because the free transportation was waiting for someone who was very late.The transportation timing was not explained very well.Otherwise this place was okay

Couldn't be bothered to answer phones in either lounge or dining to place a room service order. Not feeling well at all, but went downstairs to order and the lady who served me should absolutely not be in customer service. I was honestly dumbfounded. They didn't think twice about giving me a connecting room, when for only myself, that was unnecessary... had to phone front desk at 132am to ask them to phone the room beside me. Just no thought in where they're placing people who come for a very quick overnight stay for a 4am wake up, vice people coming for some music festival. The 2 gentlemen at the front desk were kind, but I would not recommend this place, and as much as I fly into Austin, I will never stay here again.

Convenient to the airport, but not worth the price. Breakfast was $14 for a very basic bacon-egg-and-cheese omelet with no sides...just bare on the plate. Something was flapping in the A/C vent all night, and when I mentioned it, no one seemed to care. Overall not a terrible stay, but bring earplugs and plan to eat elsewhere.
