Great location

Great location and nice that breakfast was included. Hotel is older and does need some upgrades but was very clean. Had to ask for linens for the pull out sofa. Very thin walls so could hear some kids at night. Overall good stay for a quick over night trip.

Arrived at 9pm, Friday night. The front desk lady told us that it's over booked. She can not do anything about it. I asked her to send us to another hotel, she said she can not do it. She also called and talk to the owner/general manager of the hotel. No solution either. I asked to talk to the general manager. She gave me a business card and want me to call or email him. Come on, it's 9pm already. I tried to call, but no one answered. Send an email? For what? I asked her to call the general manager and let me talk to him but she said she can not use her personal phone to let me talk to him and she also can not use hotel phone to call him. She also said the general manager won't talk to us or any customer. What kind of hotel it is? Holiday Inn Express??? Hello, any body there!!! Worse than Motel 6. No manager on duty to deal with customer and the general manger doesn't want to take care of things. Horrible service. Finally, we called expedia and they were very helpful. Help us to switch to another hotel nearby, much better than this one. Not sure how this hotel got so high reviews on expedia.com. Big problem with management.

I booked two rooms for a special event in the area. And one of the rooms had lots of bugs and gnats. Was way more than just a lonely bug. So we didn’t enjoy their company and the bugs were all in bathroom as well. Not good . We did share this as we checked out .
