staff was SO kind and welcoming, I was truly taken back. It’s been so long that I’ve been met with such a wonderful experience at a hotel and that too simply because the staff just smiled and did their best to make our stay wonderful. 5 stars all for the staff! Hotel was comfortable and nice. Surrounding area was great despite the construction. Hope to visit again!

Most the trip was good but they didnt have any parking in the garage so we had to park blocks away for 70$ Also this hotel has many additional fees on top of the normal fees lf taxes and such. With parking - expect to pay nearly 200 in fees.

Check in was at 4 but we didn’t get our room till 515. The room had no a/c, electrician had to come brought a fan and changed air filter. Supposed to have my daughter’s 16th bday surprise delivered to took it was awful fruit and missing chocolate truffles. Will never stay here again.

Very nice property with a laid back rock-n-roll vibe. Great bars and restaurants in and close by the hotel. Only complaint is the construction around the area makes it a little difficult to get into the property.
