I dont understand how this hotel is rated an 8/10. Showers were lukewarm. Not hot water whatsoever. The hotel reeked of Marijuana inside. Rooms come with no fridge. The breakfast was terrible. Waffles were ok. The door to your hotel has a huge 2in gap. I could easily fit my fingers through. Which, you guessed it, gave no privacy. We could hear drunken people outside our door because of it. Had to cover up thr gap with towels and travel bags. Pool and hot tub were digusting. No maintenance or cleaned in whi knows how long. One of the hosts at the front lobby gave me a nasty look for no reason when I first entered. House cleaning lady barged into the hotel room without knocking or identifying themselves.we had the do not disturb sign mind you. Luckily we had the metal plate to keep the door from fully opening. My wife went outside to grab something from pur SUV. Told me there was a random car that pulled in and a bunch of men juat stared her down and didnt leave until she went back into the hotel.In conclusion, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. You will not feel comfortable or safe. Spend a lil more and get yourself a decent hotel.

The sign wasn't lit at night. The lobby is dark, light wasn't lit. It looked closed. The staff wasn't helpful, too busy with their social media. One even said it is their first night here, so they don't know about the property. There were big tears in the carpet in our room and 2 huge repair spot on the ceiling with some stains on it. The bathroom cabinet has peeling paint and bare wood spot showing all over. They only had one towel for the double queen bed room and they don't have additional towels available, plus a toilet paper roll that is almost depleted. The staff was very unfriendly when we asked for a roll of toilet paper and additional soap, hair shampoo & conditioner. They only had one of each in the room that is for 4 people occupancy.

Everyone should know that this is a HOMELESS SHELTER and drugs are being sold in the parking lot. Not only that, the room had bugs. I left shortly after check in. Requesting refund. Gross! Expedia, do better.

Rooms are good, nice and large. Bath towels were used for the jacuzzi and shower and were way too small. Jacuzzi was luke warm and we couldn't stay in there. Paid for a king suite for 3 nights, when i got there they put me in a standard king, said all the suites were taken, and couldn't give me a refund because i went through a 3rd party for my reservation. The room they tried to put me in smelled so heavily of cigarettes and marijuana, i had to change rooms. The 2nd room, still a standard king, didn't smell like smoke, but of sweat and feet and the AC rattled/vibrated the entire time it was on. The bathroom only had ONE roll of toilet paper, the only nice staff member was the one who checked me in, and there was no wifi after the 2nd day, which normally wouldn't be a big deal except the only reason for my trip was training for DPS.
