This lovely country setting home has lots of privacy on about 3 acres with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy the serene and private home and lounge on the dock or spacious decks. Your family will enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, playing games and/or sharing a meal overlooking the lake viewed from the large living room windows and deck. End your day fishing, swimming, kayaking, from the dock and finish with a spectacular sunset from the dock! Star gazing at night can also be quite breathtaking.

Home is located only 20 minutes away from downtown Austin. The waterfront is typically steps away from the property and surrounded by beautiful foliage. Nearby is a boat launch and public park. This is a perfect getaway for families, friends, and adventure seekers!

Our property has lots of stairs between the driveway and the home. Its perched high upon a hillside overlooking the lake bed, so if you have trouble with stairs, please inquire before booking.

** Lake Travis water level update: the lake level fluctuates and with recent events the lake is nearly back to full capacity. Pictures of lakefront have been updated as of July, 2025.

Lakefront home is also available for long term rental, 31+ rentals are provided at a 50% discounted rate.
