I love Quest , I pick this company because of its comfort and great service. Ballarat Quest was good , but definitely not sound proof . Unfortunately our neighbors came back around 3.30 am we could hear them in the corridor talking then entering there room , they were very loud for an another good hour , loud talking. So before that we slept well until being woken by them. Great service from the reception ladies, warm and cosy .

Reserved multiple rooms for a work function. Arrived to find out that my booking was cancelled due to staff error, no comms provided. Wouldn’t recommend. Dirty sheets and had no body wash in shower. They never bothered to make sure it was full before we checked in.
