The hot tub and pool weren't open. Room was cold! Had the heat turned up to 90, never got above 65. The money I paid for room should not have to use my own blankets to stay warm. They did bring a space heater to warm up, not save practice for a hotel. Found out we didn't have the only cold room, friends had a cold room too.Breakfast was terrible, the scrambled eggs were floating in water. Not much of a selection.

I wish I could get ever dime I spent there back. Furniture was old and dirty. This is not what the Radisson brand used to represent. Choice hotels was a horrible choice in buying this brand. It’s a run down hotel using a once known upscale brand name.

The reason I booked this hotel was because it had a hot tub and pool. These were both closed for "the season" without notification. If I knew that, I would have booked elsewhere. Everything else was just ok.
