I reported women arguing and insulting each other in the next room every night. My wife and I were supposed to stay another week because of followups to my eye surgery but when we heard one of the women saying "shut up bxxxx, I have a gun" we tried to talk to the manager but she ignored us completely and went to hide in her office. On top of that, we were charged for parking and conference office we never used nor requested. They never refunded our money even though we requested it. It was the worst experience we ever had traveling domestically and out of the country to Europe and South America.

Phone in the room was cut off and no way to comunicaye with the front desk as at 3am there was alot of disturbance outside the door laughing,scteaming and running around when I comunicated to the front desk they said they did not see anything in the canara and that maintenanve qould be in at 9am to look at the phone. Just did not feel safe and definitely not how it looks on the web page.Will not be staying here again

They lie saying they have a pool and it is permanently closed, they said they include a full breakfast but it's just a granola bar and coffee they charge a $25 fee to use the room which is a ripoff
