The room was freezing and I could not get it warm. Half of the elevators were not working during a time of major lacrosse tournaments in the area.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was top tier. Shoutout to the cook at the omelette station. The rooms were very nice and clean.. The breakfast buffet omelette station should have two cooks because it was too many people for one chef. The room ac wasn’t working our 1st night so it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

My family's overall stay was great. My 2 boys loved the pool and breakfast. Only issue was that one of the elevators was not working making it a little hectic going up and down being we were on the top floor. But will definitely be staying again
