W liked the hotel in general. The thermostat wasn't working properly, toilet paper holder was loose, the floor lamp blinked until we turned it off,there was only one hand towel.The breakfast was delicious and the staff was great.

The elevators at times were a nightmare. Set one for the the fourth floor. It gave a jolt when arrived at fourth floor and then took us to fifth floor. Numerous lights for calling elevator were out. several other lights for what floor you were on were out. On one floor i pressed for a down elevator but it kept giving an up elevator. Noticed on the opposite side every time i pressed for the down button, the other side would light 'up'. Ended up walking down the stairs that day. The bath tub had weird controls, and had blackish spot in middle. perhaps some sort of shower mat had been ripped out, idk. The bed were ok, a little stiff. The room was fine. Breakfast was ok. It was included so that was good. But twitchy elevators in a hotel is not something i can tolerate.

This location is absolutely fabulous. I cannot complement the staff enough Carol, Sasha, and several other ladies who helped us out at the front desk were absolutely stellar, and I wish I could remember all their names because honestly, they were the nicest kindest people we had a pipe burst and had to find emergency Shelter for ourselves and our pets and they just made everything so much easier for us all. Also, the cleaning staff are some of the kindest people and the food here especially the complementary breakfast is exceptional.
