I was very concerned about roaches to say the least. This insect can get into clothes, bags, suitcases. I had to thoroughly inspect everything to ensure no roaches came home with me. No management was present for me to speak to. I did however use the link provided upon check in to communicate with them and I went to the front desk associate; however although they were very nice it was nothing they could do or offer me. When I think of Hampton Inn and Suites, I was to believe it was an upscale hotel (8.5 rating) and I would have nothing but a pleasant time. However, on top of the roach there was a constant noise for the entire time we were there. I even called in a house cleaner the morning of 12/21 to ensure that this noise was no usual and she agreed. When i called the front desk they said ok well check it once you check out. which i thought was awful. My husband also sat in the lobby from 9am to 930 and no breakfast. I then knocked on the door to the kitchen / food area to find the worker on the phone. She advised 10 minutes wait..,.yet food did not appear for any of the guest until 950 and it was very limited for all the people who were waiting. Seems a shame they express a FULL HOT BREAKFAST, and there was undercooked pork sausage, cold egg omlettes, and potatoes which were not cooked in the middle. We even joked that this is pork and must be fully cooked so guest dont get sick. The heater on the pool was not working. AWFUL

The room was pricey, but in unsatisfactory condition on arrival. The tile floors were very sticky. Nothing was done to the room on the next day. All we received was a knock on the door in the evening and given a few towels. The breakfast had no bananas, no muffins, and no sweet rolls either day. The bagels were very stale. On the second day there were no biscuits. The second day at 8 00, only 2 hours into the promised 4-hour service, there was nothing but decaf coffee. I will not plan to stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Everything stood out - Personable staff, impressive environment & newer facilities with all the amenities we would need. Followed by a comfortable & immaculate room to slumber, big breakfast, flowing coffee & tea. Only downside is that they don't have enough luggage carts. But you can sit a spell in their inviting & comfortable lounge until you can grab the next one!
