The staff were wonderful! They were helpful, friendly, professional and attentive. Carlton the doorman was great from the moment I stepped out of the car. My housekeeper made my room immaculate while I was at breakfast. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Compared to other places I’ve stayed the staff seemed as if they really wanted to be there and as though they liked what they were doing which made me feel welcome. I liked my room but wish I had the opportunity to crack a window. Thank you for a lovely stay in Baltimore!

Amazing friendly staff, nice rooms. The poets restaurant was tasty , the bartenders were pleasant and skilled. The only thing I didn't like was no smart TV's in our room but that's not a big deal! It was mins away from cool lounges. I will come back!!!

The check-in and service was nice and easy. We did not dine at the hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink is very high and recessed so it is difficult to wash your face.

The reason this hotel is 4 stars not 5, you hear most of what happens on the street. I was on the 8th floor and heard people yelling outsode clearly enough to hear what they were saying. The sirens sounded liek they werenin thebroom with me. The housekeeper attempted to enter my room 3 times pruor to check out time, with no indication of when checkout was. I had to double check that their checkout is the customary 11 am.
