Pick up the phone.

Availability of staff/service was not a good as expected. I tried to reach the hotel by phone 3 or 4 times leading up to our stay to request a late check out. Each time I was on hold for more than 20 minutes. When I finally got through to a person from "reservations" I was told I needed to reach the front desk. After multiple additional tries they NEVER answered the phone. When I checked in I asked and was told they could not tell me until the next morning and that I needed to call the front desk. When I tried that the next morning, again they NEVER answered the phone. In addition, I sent the request through the hotels.com site and have yet to receive an answer.

Omg I loved my stay here the staff was polite and friendly the room was AMAZINGGG!! The two different harbor views was beautiful and the master bathroom was breathtaking it was hard leaving out the extremely large jacuzzi this place was phenomenal!!

Great views of the harbor and downtown. Parking and hotel access were great, loved the rooftop, indoor heated pool and hot tub with jets. Walked down the block to several cute restaurants and shops.

The staff was great. Room was nice and very clean. I had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent and surprisingly reasonable. I come to this area a lot for business. This was my first time here but it will not be the last. I highly recommend this hotel.
