Good Price

Some rooms have windows that face right into each other and have no visibility of the outside world at all, other than the outside walls of the hotel. The hotel has good proximity to some good restaurants and amenities, however and it was clean. I would stay again because the price was better than some other hotels in the area. Price was good but overall the ambiance within the room was lacking. So if you are just there to sleep, this is the hotel for you.

Loved the loft, it fits the whole family without having to book separate rooms. The only issue I had was the air conditioning was so loud at night and one of the beds kept squeeking. Otherwise its a convenient and decent hotel

An affordable lovely stay

Great little hotel on the main strip in Banff. The sauna and hot tub were an awesome addition to our stay. Our hike got cancelled due to weather and they let us early check in at noon no problem! Fantastic service.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional! The rooms were clean, tidy, and modern. Parking is at a premium in that area, so be prepared to walk or pay for overnight underground parking. I did not dine in the restaurant, and I was sad that they were not open for breakfast anymore.
