We have a deluxe 2 bed room and it is very spacious, clean and has a great view. The staff is amazing. Helped us booked some excursions and it was great!!! Would stay here again for sure.

The room was comfortable, but you could hear everyone and everything in the hallway. The door may as well not have been there. The room was right beside the elevator. We were so exhausted that we slept well, but when we were in the room not sleeping, you could hear everything. The underground parking was convenient, just need to be very careful in there. Limited space!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Banff Inn. The location is conveniently located within walking distance of the downtown but in a quieter area. Parking was convenient. The staff is very friendly and the Junior Suite was beautiful and spacious.

We paid 800 dollars a night for 4 nights but did not receive 800 dollar service or quality. There was no safe in the room, no bottled water was supplied. Our room was serviced at around 5pm which was about the time we returned from our days out so we had to sit in a small lobby for 30 minutes waiting for our room to be ready. Not even a hotel bar to wait and have a drink. Tried to check out the night before as we had an early start but was told that was not possible until after midnight because we had not technically left the room. Our booking stated that we pay the hotel on arrival but the hotel charged my credit card with just under 800 dollars 5 days before we were due at the hotel without my knowledge or agreement. Sharp practice by the hotel. Certainly the worst value for money hotel I have ever stayed in. Very unhappy customer.
