Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Don’t get me wrong! Views were spectacular, bed was clean! We had a 3 bed condo. It did the job. But for the amt of money you think it would be in better shape. It’s very out dated, we had a lot of dust, grime, cob webs. My daughter cut her foot as she went to walked around side of bed and the vents were not secure properly and it just came right off. Hot tub views “check” the condition of hot tub, terrible. Needs repair asap. Front desk staff were amazing.

We come here all the time and usually have a better experience, we’re a bit let down with this time. We come from far so we usually only stay a night, we have our routine. We like to go to the hot tub in the morning, we went about the night as usually and woke up to go to the pool and it was shutdown for 3 hours due to trimming a tree nearby, it just hurts because we spend a lot of money to get here and it just sucks because we will have to be checked out at 11am by the time it’s good I feel like any work needing to be done should be between 11-4 ( after checkout ) (before new check ins ) As a 1 day goer. This one really hurt us

Great stay - the picture of the hot tub with the view sold this to me and I loved relaxing there. Staff were really helpful and room was nice and spacious. I was travelling alone and had a couple of meals at the hostel nearby so quite convenient. The free bus into town works really well.

Tiles missing in the hot tub, jets need maintenance as well. BBQ’s need to be able to work on auto start not using an extended lighter - even then some don’t start and components are worn out on them. Tried three different ones and finally the fourth one started - luckily. You shouldn’t have to leave your raw food to run and get a lighter from the front desk. - Anyways…..

Great hotel. We love coming here with our baby and dog. There is space for everyone to be comfortable. We love the hot tub and view. The bus is very convenient and it is nice the hotel offers bus passes.

The room was great. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was clean. Staff at the front were wonderful. The only thing that was a bit distwas whoever was in the room above us had kids that were running back and forth until 11pm. The thumping sounds were annoying. But the is not Hidden Ridges fault

The fireplace in the lodge was really nice. We enjoyed the hot tub but the jets didn’t work at all and the sauna wasn’t hot. The room was clean but had a smell of smoke bc of the fireplace. Loved the easy access to transportation downtown. Secluded enough but close to town. We enjoyed our stay :)

Our room was extremely smokey (it had a real fireplace in it, which we didn't use because we didn't want to make the room more smokey) and all of our luggage smelled for days afterwards and I had to re-wash all of our laundry when we got to our next lodging. We tried to air-out the room, but it was too cold to sleep with the windows open at night. A lot of the amenities had 'Out of Order' signs on them including the jets for one of the hot tubs and half of the laundry machines. You can't beat the view from the outdoor hot tub, which was our main motivation to book this hotel.
