Very shabby soft furnishings in bar/breakfast area. Restaurant not big enough for breakfast time. Bedrooms need refurbishment and have very poor lighting. I have been coming to Sukhumvit for 20 years now and was looking for a hotel to replace my normal hotel on Soi 11. Unfortunately yours missed the mark, it is bht1,500 more expensive but not worth the extra. Cold swimming pool which gets minimal sun.

Rauhallinen hotelli, hyvällä sijainnilla ja kauniilla uima-allasalueella. Hotellin aamupala hyvä ja riittävän monipuolinen, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja valmiita auttamaan asiakasta. Pienenä miinuksena huoneen ilmanvaihdon heikkous. Huone tuoksui epämielyttävälle ja ilmastointi oli äänekäs. Huoneemme ja naapuri huoneen välissä oli ovi, josta naapurin äänet kantautuivat selkeästi huoneeseemme.

Charmantes nicht zu großes Hotel

Pros: Guter Service, kein RIESEN-Hotel
Cons: so langsam ist die Einrichtung in den Zimmer renovierungs- bzw. austauschbedürftig
Location: Sukhumvit Road Soi 12... in ca. 200 m ist das Cabbages & Condoms Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen in traumhafter Gartenumgebung mit gutem Preis-/Leist.
ehem. Ramada ist das Hotel schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer noch in einem akzeptablen Zustand. Den Zimmern bzw. der Einrichtung merkt man mittlerweile schon die Jahre an. Alle Zimmerkategorien sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Business-Suites haben nur eine Dusch-Badewanne mit Glasschutz. Die Standardzimmer haben nur einen "Hotelkühlschrank" ohne Eisfach. Das Frühstück ist ordentlich, aber etwas schwächer als in den Vorjahren geworden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier ist aus meinen Erfahrungen heraus Miss Da von der Rezeption besonders hervorzuheben. Die Pool-Anlage ist sehr schön und komfortabel ausgestattet, aber durch die nahen Hochhäuser zeitweise ohne Sonne. Ein kostenfreier Fahrservice vom Hotel zur Sukhumvit Road (ca. 800 m) und zurück (dann anrufen) wird angeboten. Etwas unangenehm empfinde ich die Praxis der Zimmerzuteilung. Wer vor 14:00 Uhr ankommt wird grundsätzlich angesprochen 1000 Bath zu zahlen um sofort ein Zimmer zu bekommen, allerdings mit dem Hinweis, dass ein Upgrade auf ein Suite erfolgt. Das scheint seit gut einem Jahr Praxis zu sein und ist mir 3 x innerhalb eines Jahres vorgekommen.
