Very much enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Chatrium Riverside. The breakfast buffet was excellent with choices to fit any taste. We enjoyed dining by the river in the evenings - a beautiful venue. The free ferry was a convenient way to access both the river ferries and hop on hop off boat and the sky train. Highly recommend this hotel

Two minor things, not really problems, although there was a oven and hob there were no cooking utensils or cloths, there was a note saying they could be provided though, the pool was under maintenance but the residents pool could be used. Everything else was great, the staff, the facilities, the food, the small bar/cafe, the boat shuttle. Easy walk to Sathorn Pier or Asiateque if you don’t want to use the shuttle, several nice places for an evening meal close to the hotel. We would return.

View was magnificent as were the staff, faultless and focussed on your comfort and enjoyment. Breakfast first class and dinner buffet equal to any I have experienced over 40 years of travelling. Room was huge and the only noise was from the balcony and the boats on the river. I was asked to comfort on anything that would make my stay more enjoyable and within a couple of hours everything I raised was addtessed. Top marks for that.

I had a wonderful stay at Chatrium Hotel! The service was exceptional from start to finish, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing with so many delicious options and great quality food. The hotel environment felt peaceful and elegant, and the pool area was just perfect for relaxing. A special mention to the housekeeping staff — the cleaner on our floor was so lovely, polite, and hardworking.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay.

Best place to stay in Bangkok!

The staff was truly wonderful with their kindness, attention to detail and amazing recommendations. Our room was fantastic, excellent views, the beds were soft yet firm, slept like a baby. The breakfast buffet I can easily say was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. One of the best things about the hotel as well was the free water taxi that helped make travel up the river to sightsee a breeze. Can’t wait to be back!

I liked the water taxi. service to the transport hub up river. The breakfast choices are amazing and food in the restaurant and bar was all we might ask for. Both rooms we stayed in were extremely comfortable and well equipped. We knew the hotel from previous visits. The only disappointemnt wa the refurbishment on the pool but a smaller area nextdoor was available.

This review is specifically for Simon, Por and the other staff at Concierge that I unfortunately don't remember their names - only thier faces. This group of employees is very important as the first face of Chatrium - welcoming me and making me feel at home during my stay. Turning on the sauna 1 hour before, sending out laundry, helping with luggage and suggestions - and most importantly being a warm and smiling face to say hello to.
