3.5/5 stars - Good experience overall with clean rooms, consistently changed towels and bedding, kind staff members, and a shuttle to take you to Nana train station. I wish they had more times for running the shuttle though. It leaves every half-hour, but not a lot of people use it. So, If you come at 09.35, you have to wait until 10.00 even though you're the only one waiting for it. It would be nice if it left every 10-15 minutes or so, but if no one was waiting then the driver would just stay until the next time. The fitness centre was average and had the basics of what you need for a small workout. The breakfast had a decent variety of food that was prepared well. I think the breakfast is what bumped up the rating in my opinion. The area around the hotel is what really holds it down. The only way to access the hotel is a very narrow, two-lane street that was constantly, highly-congested with traffic. Bumrungrad hospital is about a 4-5 minute walk, but the restaurants and shops in the area are VERY expensive compared to other parts of Bangkok. Definitely a party street, so if you don't want that but want the hospital, I would recommend staying on the other side of Bumrungrad.

Everything worked perfectly. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However there seemed to be many very noisy hotel guests yelling in the hallway. They did get quiet around midnight so I was able to get some sleep.

I had a very nice stay at Citrus Sukhumvit 11. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s comfortable, convenient, and great value for the area. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

The staff is helpful and nice. I like how the staff called to check whether I need anything on days I did not request room services. It takes about 7 - 10 mins on foot to Nana station. The alley is always busy and crowded with vehicles especially in the traffic time. The alley is narrow.
