Room was always clean. Staff was very nice. Although breakfast buffet always had the same food everyday and got a little boring to eat the same thing everyday although some things having everyday was good like the fruits, toast, omelette but not much breakfast items to choose from.

Our family club suite was quite spacious and separate bathrooms for kids and us. I suffered a sprained ankle while in bangkok and the staff were very accomodating. Breakfast is pretty standard for same type of hotel anywhere, but would be nice to see more halal options, while there are loads of halal places to eat just minutes from the hotel. The ratchawong ferry pier is walkable and handy. Chinatown night market starts from the hotels doorstep.

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand China Bangkok. The hotel’s location in Chinatown is excellent—right in the heart of the action, with easy access to street food, shops, markets, and public transportation. It’s a great base for exploring this vibrant part of Bangkok. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a nice place to relax after a busy day out. The higher floors provide great views of the city, especially in the evening. Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, making check-in and daily interactions smooth and welcoming. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt calm despite being in a very lively area. Overall, Grand China Bangkok offers excellent value for its location, comfort, and service. I would definitely recommend it to travelers who want to experience Chinatown while staying in a comfortable and reliable hotel.
