The sweet treats and complimentary beer were a lovely surprise. The attentiveness and kindness of the staff made the stay so much more pleasant. For our dinner we got complimentary chocolates as well and birthday treat that was so delicious, I might’ve just had too many chocolates but they were too delicious to not accept.

The hotel is slightly dated but still a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed a beautiful upgrade to a 700sq/ft suite on the 54th floor with spectacular views of the city and the river especially at night. Our room price also included breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea with beer, wine and limited cocktails. The highlight of course is the sky bar with great food and beautiful jazz music under the stars. A truly wonderful experience

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. The problem was that it was extremely noisy. You could hear the person in the next room's conversation, the airconditioner on the balcony had a sound that sounded like metal scraping on metal and even though we were not close to the elevator you could hear the people talking when they got off.

Inte som förväntat,riktigt gammalt slitet hotell. Inredningen/tekniken/allt på rummen känns som 70-80talet väl använt…. Mottot verkar vara Billigt hotell men tar ordentligt betalt för all dryck tex. I skivaren vilket troligen alla inkl mig själv är ofta orsaken varför man bokar detta hotell. Champagne baren 1enklare drink fr 700sek och uppåt Skybaren 1 enklare drink fr 400sek och uppåt. Men utsikten är fantastisk däruppe,dock behöver du inte bo på hotellet för att få vistas där. Poolområdet får knappt sol, endast ett par Tim fr kl10.00-13.00 Rek. Inte detta hotell om du vill ha 4 stjärningt hotell eller högre Bodde på 56vån med club premium rum 2800sek/natt men värt 1000sek max Ej värt heller att boka ”club level” lite tilltugg och dryck på egen våning vilket skiljer sig avsevärt mot vad jag tidigare upplevt på ”club level”

Excellent hotel all round except we was next to 3 family rooms altogether causing mass noise and disruption all night. Credit to the hotel they moved us the next day with an upgraded room but this still was disapointing after ruining our firat day in Bangkok.
