We had a great comfortable room and everything was fine. We really appreciate the water cooler on every floor to minimize the use of plastic bottles and have access to as much water as we need. Staff is extremely efficient when there is an issue. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

The reception staff weren't friendly nor particularly helpful. They all looked glum. We had some small issues abd rgey weren't really interested. The room was ok, there was a musty smell. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of food. The pool areas were both nice and there was also a small gym. Area wise, lots of restaurants and massage shops etc. A 10 minute walk to Khao San Road

Great location with very helpful staff. The location is near the canal, and a peaceful place to walk with many small restaurants and cafes. The breakfast buffet is outstanding! The gym has a beautiful koi bond at the entry, and meditation area. Overall, the hotel is a wonderful place to stay, and I'll be returning in the future.
