Greeted at the door with such lovely hospitality. The staff were constantly polite & smiling. The buffet was easy & we could eat from a wide choice. Location was great. Rooms were large & comfortable bed. Beautiful view across the river & city beyond. Definitely

Highly recommended!

Exceptional stay. We stayed 7 nights and had an amazing stay. Some of the highlights are great and friendly staff, free water in room, shuttle boat to IconSiam, plenty of street food outside the hotel if you don’t want hotel food, great breakfast and buffets. The hotel may not be brand-new but it is nowhere as run down as some people say on here. The price is right and the location is fantastic! Can thoroughly recommend!

The lounge on the 27th floor is in the evenings completely overcrowded and resembles a pub. The snacks seem low end. For breakfast it is the opposite, nice atmosphere and great selection of food. The rooms are small and dark, seems they save on electricity, a bit depressing.
