The staff was amazing , we had 2 minor issues with our room which were corrected instantly. Close to transit. Pool was nice after a busy day and the food was very good. 4 outta 5 because there ins no .5 option. Loved this place.

The staff was kind. The hotel is conveniently located in a neighborhood with 7-11 and another market, also a small restaurant with delicious food. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would definitely STAY again.

I paid for a nice suite with a view from the bath tub but the room was so small the tub and the bed touched, when i had to open my suitcase i literally had to put it on the bed, there weren't even chargers by the bed or anywhere to put my hygiene items, the room smelled strange, and when i turned the shower on, the smell was horrendus. The view that I paid extra for was of a rundown building, this hotel is kind of in the middle of no where. When I asked the staff if there was a bigger room they told me i should have paid more attention to how the room was described on the website and that they could downgrade me to a family room for 800 usd. I booked a week and i checked out the next day and they could not have cared less, it was almost like they were used to it.
