Beautiful room. Incredibly good service in check-in. Error made on check out but they amended this and contacted me well to resolve. Helpful staff. Great location - near station and close to nice parts of town.

Price for the parking with CHF 30 for one night is very high and should be offered for guests for free as is usually the case in most hotels. It was nice that at the end the receptionist allowed this to be deducted from the bill as a good will gesture. This was highly appreciated.

Our prices are always placed in regards to the location and compared to the surrounding parking places, it is the most convenient. Erstes Zimmer nicht akzeptabel. Gebuchte Zimmerklasse mit Badewanne nicht verfügbar. Wir heben dann zum gleichen Preis ein kleineres Zimmer mit Badewanne erhalten. Hatten auch nicht bemerkt, dass ich Geburtstag hatte. Radisson Blu ist an anderen Standorten besser (höherer Standard)

Wir kommen wieder, an die Fasnacht, und in dieses sehr zentral gelegene Hotel Personal super, von Reception, Zimmerdienst, Restaurant, speziell Frühstück Personal macht weiter so

Etablissement bien situé et de bonne qualité. Personnel très professionnel et très sympathique.Par contre ce n'est pas normal de proposer des chambres pour 3 adultes de la même grandeur que celles pour 2 en ajoutant simplement un lit de camp, surtout quand on paye la chambre 270.- alors que celle pour 2 coûte 170.- Grâce à ma plainte à l'accueil, nous avons pu obtenir une chambre plus grande mais toujours un lit de camp... Merci à l'établissement d'indiquer que le spa est naturiste car ce n'est pas forcément le cas en Suisse et cela aurait influencé ma réservation.
