Everything was fantastic! The room was spotless every day and we were so impressed on the level of service! The front desk staff were attentive and helpful. One of us was sick during our stay and the front desk staff contacted a physician and we were able to get the help needed in such a timely manner! So very appreciated! We didn’t encounter one person at the resort who wasn’t kind, considerate and always willing to help us with whatever we needed! We greatly enjoyed our stay and definitely will return! The hotel is extremely dated and unclean. We encountered several cockroaches in the room. Each evening until 10:00 p.m., there is live entertainment, which may sound appealing; however, it takes place directly in the hotel lobby at an extremely loud volume, making it impossible to sleep before then. This was particularly challenging when needing to leave early for a morning flight. The staff were wonderful and truly the highlight of the stay, but unfortunately the property itself was very disappointing. While the beach was beautiful, the pool was dirty and overcrowded, and the food was inedible. Overall, aside from the staff, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this property for a vacation.

Property and staff are really nice. Pool area, pool bars, and bar staff are nice. Not much vegan food options at its restaurants. However, the surrounding restaurants in walking distance offer great vegan food options (thai and indian).

Our room was very clean and the staff was great. The room was cleaned or freshened up each day during our stay. Staff was very accomodating . Just prior to our arrival we realized that we would possibly have to use the stairs to get to our room Subsequently we requested a room on the first level. That request was met without a problem. The entire resort was clean and for the most part well maintained.There were also sufficient dining options the property.

After upgrading me to what they said was an exclusive ocean front suite on the fifth floor, we could not get hot water all weekend. When I called to get assistance, it took the maintenance people over three hours to arrive. Then three people arrived together, to ultimately tell my wife and me that our room was located too far from the water heater (which makes me wonder why they would have put us in that room if they knew the water heater could not heat the water in that room).
