Very nice, quiet room. Our king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had lots of nice towels. There is ample, free parking. A hot breakfast was included with the room. Our location was very close to I-10 so it was easy to continue our journey the next day. Friendly staff.

The whole floor level smelled like weed in the evening. The smell creeped into our room. It was nauseating and disappointing that people aren’t respectful of others. I didn’t see management at all around to addressing the issue but then again they may have when I was not there. I don’t recommend the pull out couch at all. It was nothing but springs. The television also did not work.

The rooms were very spacious and cozy. Staff were very friendly. I didn’t rest well because of the AC unit in our room. It was annoyingly loud and made my sleep quite restless. I am absolutely sure I could have been easily relocated to another room had I informed staff but, I just chose to stay in the room. The location of the hotel is directly across the street from the Mall of Louisiana which is a perk. Literally walking distance. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Did not meet our expectations for a Hyatt Place. The hotel was under construction. Our room, while nice, was structured awkwardly with the TV oddly placed for either the sleeping or sitting spaces. The breakfast was little more than a standard continental breakfast. Service was good, but otherwise average stay for a more expensive hotel.

Clean, quiet, easy to get to, close to all amenities and convenient to major travel corridors across the city. Breakfast was adequate but seating was a challenge. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Our family spent the night and really enjoyed the evening winding down they serve hotdog hamburgers and wine. It was really nice and the breakfast bar options which is always great. The staff was very polite. Love their energy. Definitely will stay again.
