Beim Checkin wurden wir beim Empfang nach einem Voucher gefragt und ohne den konnten Sie unseren Zimmer nicht bereitstellen. Die Mitarbeiter vom Empfang könnten auch ein bisschen sagen wir mal aktiver sein und nicht desinteressiert sein. Wir mussten zuerst in der Esshalle etwas essen damit das entsprechende Zimmer bereitgestellt wird. Die Zimmer sind rennovationsbedürftig. Die Duschstange springt zwischendurch raus und auch sonst sind die Zimmer alt und nicht schön. Essensauswahl OK aber die Esshalle ist zu gross und es riecht nach Chlor zwischendurch. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind verbesserungswürdig, es gab sogar 1-2x die Szene das wir schon gegessen haben und uns beim Dessert erst gefragt wurde ob wir etwas trinken möchten.
