Noisey, dirty, run down.

Although this hotel was good in terms of its location it was really noisey. I had asked for a quiet room but had to ask to move rooms again. The rooms were very shabby, run down with stains on the walls and bits of plaster missing in places. Found a ball hair in the shower and the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. No hairdryer in rooms. The plug sockets aren't anywhere near your bed so forget charging your phone next to the bed. The plugs were also very weak so took ages to charge my phone. TV so small you can't really see it.

Room disappointing

Pros: The hotel is central but it needs upgraded, signs around apologising for inconvenience but the work would need to be completed before letting rooms.
Cons: Rooms need updated.
Location: Location good near everything walking distance.
Very large bedroom with a very tiny bathroom. The bathroom door wasn't painted, very basis sheet of ply wood. Thought the room was very over priced for the décor, even the time of year.

Hotel-very central, warm, clean. Helpful staff.

The room I used was as depicted in brochure/advertisement, well laid out. Bed comfortable and clean. The young receptionist, Dualta, was courteous and helpful.

very helpful staff

Pros: quite but very near centre
Cons: obviously improvement work currently in progress
Location: all city centre attractions and services within a short walk
i wou ild like to thank staff for help contacting police after i had my pocket picked in coffee shop nearby
