Hotel was perfect for our last night stay in Amsterdam. Although the room is small (think cruise ship rooms), but comfortable and clean. A short walk (under 10 mins) from Schiphol Airport under a covered walkway. Easy access to the bus or trains. Bed was comfortable and no issues with wifi. We also appreciated getting a room before the check in time, so that helped us make the most of our day sightseeing. We would definitely return to CitizenM the next time we're in Amsterdam.

Delft lights pick up.

very convenient to airport and train station. rooms quite good, though very modern and small compact, from to bed shower to toilet, literally. definitely not for a family with kids, at least the room I had. A couple ok, but not my wife’s cup of tea. but very quiet as the airport is right there out the window. Bed very comfy. Took a while to figure out the Apple control pad!!! But for the convenience to public transport and the price well worth it. definitely would stay again when going solo!!

Convenient option at the airport

Delayed flight meant I needed to spend the night. Wanted to be close to the airport for early morning flight the next day. Hotel was a 5 min walk from the airport, check-in was easy with staff assistance. Room was artsy, modern and clean. An iPad was provided to utilize the tv but I couldn’t get it to connect. The bar was busy and bartenders super friendly. Overall a good stay.

Sometimes switched work better than apps

We arrived at around 2am after a late flight to be greeted by a set of auto check in screens telling us no rooms were available. Fortunately a member of staff walked over and was able to retrieve our booking. After an unusually long wait we were given our key. We went to the room, to find the ipad that controls most of the functions was displaying an error message - no amount of button pushes would get rid of it so there was no way to turn off the TV. I tried downloading the app, but after several minutes of stupid questions it gave a system error. I ended up lifting the TV off its wall bracket to find the power cable to turn it off. At approaching 3am this is not what we needed.
