Dear anonymous customer, thank you for your comments and considerations, that we keep in high value. I'm very sorry to read this comment and I really regret that your unhappiness has not been reported before to the reception. I wish we could have done something to meet your different expectations. I'm surpirsed about the courtains, because every room with balcony has got blinds/shutters that give a total dark if one prefers. Maybe we should have explained you at check-in, so I apologize, and thank you for pointing this out. The only thing I'm a little bit confused about, is that you mention a kind of cheat from the hotel: the only aim of the call was to promote the breakfast that was not included in the rate chosen (sometimes we promote at 50%) - but it is clearly spicified that you can keep the original reservation as it is and the promotion is just suggested, so you know before coming here. We have 21 rooms and 8 apartments, and we sell the same ones either on our website and in the other channels - it makes no difference. I'm sorry that a way to offer something more has been seen as a cheating. That's clearly not our aim. I hope we will have the chance to welcome you here again and do our best to offer you something special. Best regards.
