Summary:

This cozy, one-bedroom riverside top floor condo can sleep up to two people, has two full bathrooms and a full remodeled kitchen with cookware. There is a queen bed in the private bedroom. The riverfront living room includes a gas fireplace to keep you warm in the winter. AC keeps you cool in the summer. The balcony has chairs and a small table so you can take in the sounds and sights as you watch the river rush by below. Also enjoy our indoor heated pool and hot tub, open daily!



Guest Access:

Guests get exclusive use of the studio. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-7pm daily, same goes as the pool.

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.

The pros: This place has a tremendous view and location. The river is lovely and you can easily walk downtown from the condo. The walls were pretty thin, but while we were there, it was pretty quiet which was nice. The owners responded promptly to all communications and the check-in and out process was easy. It was a nice, safe neighborhood. The cons: If you like a firm bed, then the bed is fine. If you don't, then you won't like the bed. The bedding was also super cheap and lightweight. It was basically a very thin quilt with one very thin blanket and no extra blankets during the middle of the winter in Bend. They did respond promptly to requests for extra blankets and they brought some over which was very nice. The carpets were dirty (they had been vacuumed), but there were stains in a number of spots. The coffee pot was a one cup coffee pot (not a Keurig) which doesn't really work if you are people that actually like to drink coffee.

The location is great for all things Bend! Loved the balcony and looking at and listening to the river. One recommendation-a black-out shade for the bedroom window! Would return.

We are relocating to Bend so we rent the River West unit for a few days. Wonderful unit, clean, super close to everything and what a view. We couldn't get tired of the river view. Highly recommend . Thank you

Invest in Bed and Bedding

The bed and bedding were awful. When I stack all 4 pillows on top of one another, they were just an inch or two taller than my small carry on suit case. The bed had a bump/ridge in the middle. The bedspread was old and faded. The towels were soft and plentiful. One TV did not work (no remote). There were no instructions for internet or for when you leave the unit. Overall a lack luster impression. It is my opinion that if you are going to rent to others, one of the biggest investment should be in the bed and bedding. This was obviously not the opinion of the owners of this unit

Location of property is excellent!

Love how close the property is to everything and the river. Place was clean had some basic essentials which was nice. I am a coffee drinker so I wish it had a bigger/regular size coffee pot.
