I requested a superior room for two adults and specified that two beds were available and was offered a queen bed and a single bed which I was happy with. However on arrival and without any explanation at reception I found that there was only a queen bed and a sofa. No single bed was present or available. The management insisted that the sofa was a single bed.I have taken photos of the sofa. I was staying for one week and it was totally unacceptable to expect an adult to sleep on a very hard and low sofa

Très bien situé dans la basse ville. Confortable (bonne literie notamment), mais mauvaise expérience à l'entrée. L'accès à cet établissement (qui n'est pas un hôtel mais s'en donne les apparences) n'est pas facile : pour prévenir de son arrivée, on téléphone à un numéro qui est déclaré non attribué, mais qui vous rappelle cependant ensuite ; sur place, à la réception, on vous fait signer des déclarations, notamment une leur permettant de diffuser (vendre) vos données personnelles, y compris le numéro de votre carte bleue, sous couvert de protection de vos données personnelles ! Sans parler de la caution de 50 €... Quant au ménage, il est moyen (serviette de bain humide non remplacée...). Si je retournais à Bergame, j'éviterais cet établissement.
