Bad experience

Booked Two single rooms at different times And then realised that One was in Bergamo NH and the other in Airport NH , Person at desk was completely indifferent and Refused to change booking, Which meant we had to spend €40- extra on Taxis ,

4 night stay

This hotel is a 7 minute walk from the railway station, where the tram and most of the buses also start. Bus 1 takes you to Citta Alta which should not be missed The breakfast is very good. The hotel bar is open until 23-00pm, and prices are very reasonable

More Internet Information

The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful, however, what they neglected to mention is the free wireless Internet service. It should be a standard question from staff to ask if the visitor requires Internet access. There were signs posted in the lifts, however, it would be more useful to have further signage in the rooms. Instead you are referred to another provider that requires a 9 EUR fee for 24-hours access.

Erinomainen hotelli lähellä juna- ja bussiasemaa. Ihanat sängyt, kunnon ilmastointi joka kullanarvoinen juttu varsinkin kun lämpötila +37. Siisteys huippuluokkaa samoin aamupala ihan huippu. Hotellihuoneet hiljaiset vaikka sijainti keskellä kaupunkia. Henkilökunta erittäin auttavaista ja mukavaa. Suosittelen!
