Lovely hotel

The hotel was lovely with many amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Not much choice on food but the 1 night we did have food, the meal was lovely. The self-purchase shop was handy for drinks... It could be loud at night (gone 11pm) but this could be the room we were in. A little out of the centre but only 20 minutes walk to Potsdamer Platz and easy bus transport just up from hotel for all main areas of Berlin. The S-bahn is also very easy to use for main attractions.

Quite low key location with lots to see around it.

Great location for zoo & parks. Kiosks couldn't find reservation finally found human help who instantly found it! We had been @ other Radisson for a few days and really appreciate the Human help.The little mini- mart was nice to have inside.

The location was good, but the mold in shower and broken shower head holder , light not working in mirror bathroom. Carpet was dirty and couch had stains on it. So bring something to cover it if you want to sit on it. And also bring a camera for your room. Because even if you have do not disturb they will come in your room and look around at your things. Luckily I had a camera and recorded everything… I may be best to look for a cleaner hotel is you don’t like mold or stains on the carpet or sofa or bring a black like and see for yourself… The staff isn’t the friendliest and are a bit rude and racist. Please look at all the reviews for this hotel.

I had a great stay at Hotel Berlin, Berlin — the hotel really stands out for its stylish interiors, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. The location is also super convenient, close to public transport and within walking distance to Tiergarten and other central spots. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-designed, with a cozy bed and thoughtful amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent — tons of variety and high-quality options. Staff were friendly, professional, and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The only downside: the air conditioning didn’t cool the room properly. Even with the A/C set to the lowest temperature, it never got truly cool — just slightly less warm. It wasn’t unbearable, but during warmer summer days, it definitely made the room less comfortable than it should’ve been. Other than that, everything was truly impressive. I’d still recommend the hotel and would consider staying again — just hoping the A/C gets an upgrade or better maintenance.

Free wifi?

This was my fifth time staying at Hotel Berlin Berlin, and it's the first time ive been disappointed. It's 2025 and the fastest wifi speed i could get was 0.19 mbs. Absolutely shocking, i had to resort to tethering to my phone. I spoke to the customer care team, and all i got was the router is in Frankfurt so there's nothing i can do. Everything else was great, just disappointed about lacking a modern day essential

Hotel is right by a bus stop which was very convenient. Would highly recommend if you are looking to explore several different areas in Berlin. The area by the hotel was never crowded and felt safe. Check-in was easy and fast.

Very nice central location close to subway, shopping and restaurants. Rooms were clean. This is the first time I've seen a self-serve check-in process at a hotel which I found odd. The room was air conditioned but the system was unable to cool down the room sufficiently on a hot day.

The property had quirky decor and staff were really nice and helpful. I did not except for a hotel of such calibre to not even provide you with bottles of water in the room. The room did not have any shower gel oversight maybe. The shower was blocked and flooded the bathroom was sorted out quickly but put a damper on the experience. The hallway leadign to our room had a leak with a bucket on the floor collecting the water.

Great hotel for remote workers

Had a great stay here! I work remotely and this provided great WiFi and a great work area! The lobby is super spacious and has a great vibe. The location is near lots of public transportation and restaurants. I will be staying here next time again!
