Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and so were the rooms. The location is right next to Berlin Hbf which makes it very convenient. Not the most "pretty" location but very practical. Overall good choice for my stay in Berlin!

Albeit the room was very small; it was excellent for the budget price we paid. Very quite and clean, new; great place for a staynear the main train station (and express train to airport). But the Hauptbahnhof is a bit off from the exciting places of Berlin

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We like the area, which is very close to central station. However the room doesn't have even the basic things, like a telephone, tea/Coffee, hot water, iron, drinking glasses except 2 paper cups. These basic things are available even in a small hotel/motel but we are very surprised that these basic things are not available in such a so called big hotel. The choices for breakfast is also very limited. I will NEVER go back to this hotel.

Breakfast wasn't worth it unless you packed some rolls or apples for lunch later on. Only hard boiled eggs and very limited other meat. Lots of tea or coybut I drink either.

2 minutes from hauptbahnhof obviously was terrifically convenient. The area is clean and safe. Between the station and the restaurants behind it, there is enough to eat when in a hurry. The two food markets inside help with that as well. The room itself was excellent and the service was great. My only wish is that it had a mini-fridge for beverages and breakfast things like yogurt.

Convenient location by HBF, comfortable and well set out room with great thought in position of mirrors and shelving to improve storage. Would benefit from some basic toiletries like shower cap and cotton tips.
