Featuring abundant natural light, this vacation rental has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and two outdoor showers off the back deck for rinsing off the sand. Enjoy balcony access in two of the five bedrooms and back deck access from the first-floor bedroom. All bedding has been thoughtfully upgraded for ultimate comfort.
The second-floor living area features an ample open space that opens to the screened-in porch deck and features beautiful ocean views. Take the spiral staircase up to the third-floor sun deck for incredible ocean views. Get cooking in the fully-renovated, well-appointed kitchen, enjoy dinner at the updated dining area, and sit on a bar stool at the wet bar to do a little work while enjoying the views of the Atlantic.

Bethany Beach Rental House

This house is in an excellent location. It is close to most of the action is in Bethany and just a few steps to the beach. There are terrific views of the ocean. With five bedrooms and plenty of parking, we were able to invite lots of family and friends to join us for dinner or to stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about anything you might need. Now to the problems. It appears that not much maintenance has been done on this house for 15 or 20 years. The exterior paint is peeling and the wood is rotting. One of the burners on the stovetop doesn’t work. The lights over the mirrors don’t work in two of the bathrooms. Several bathroom exhaust fans are noisy and ineffective, which causes the mirrors to get fogged. The toilet in the master bathroom leaks leaving a puddle on the floor. Electrical outlets throughout the house don’t have adequate power and many are overloaded. Two of the lamps in the family work only intermittently. The on/off switch on the desk lamp is very stiff. The TV in the master bedroom just clicks, no picture, no sound. The Wi-Fi specified in house guidance doesn’t work with the provided password. The door to shower on the back porch locks on its own when someone is inside. The electrical plug on the vacuum cleaner is missing one of its blades, thus inoperable. The wall to wall carpet is stained and dirty.

Nice property - close to beach

The good: The house was within walking distance to the beach, even with young kids. The house was clean and neat, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The kitchen was well stocked. I would stay there again. The not-so-good: the outdoor shower was unusable - very dirty. The house could use a nice coat of paint, but that's a minor issue.
