Wonderful hotel

An wonderful hotel, on the beach, amazing views from the roof top bar and pool. Staff were so helpful. In town close to everything. Highly recommended

Summer break

Personnel très agréable petit déjeuner très bien un seul gel douche dans la chambre pour 2 personnes menu au restaurant bien mais pas beaucoup de choix pas de cadeaux de bienvenue dans la chambre

Clearly re room rates, the hotel takes advantage of it's location with proximity to the Côtes des Basques and old town with plenty of restaurants. However, close to €400 (without breakfast) for a standard room at ground floor, facing to the backside at high season in the Corona year 2020 when the French spend their holidays in their own country, is definitely overpriced. Also considering that the room's furniture reflect 90's style.

Hôtel bien situé avec un honnête confort sans plus

Pros: Situation
Cons: Le petit déjeuner. Les communs et les salles de bain à rennover d'urgence
Location: Biarritz. En plein centre...son marché, sonvieux port, ses plages etc...Paysage de carte postale agréable hors saison
Bonne situation. Chambre confortable mais salle de bain un peu vétuste. Couloir qui ressemble plus à un IBIS qu'à un quatre étoile. Personnel aimable et attentif, même si on n'est pas à l'abris d'une bourde (si vous rentrez à 23 heures en indiquant que finalement vous ne prenez pas le garage souterrain, vous vous exposez à retrouver le parking sur la note du lendemain). Petit déjeuner correcte mais cela ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard : n'attendez pas par exemple des viennoiseries réchauffé au four ni des pan cakes sympathiques...ils sont froids car l'appareil n'est pas efficace.
