Amazing stay for a family trip with young kids. The waterpark and various activities are perfect for little kids. Our room was a little beat up and needed a fresh coat of paint in a few areas, but other than that it was very clean and well maintained.

Water park was great! Well managed! Lobby help was incredible. The only reason for the four starts were that the locker rooms were under construction, which added noise and dust, and of course there was no restroom or changing area for the water park.

Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark – A Perfect Family Getaway! We had such a great experience at Timber Ridge Lodge! The one-bedroom countryside suite was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed — it really felt like a home away from home. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in. The waterpark was the highlight of our trip — clean, well-maintained, and fun for both kids and adults. There’s a good mix of relaxing areas and exciting slides, so everyone finds something to enjoy. We also loved that it’s connected to Grand Geneva Resort, giving us access to beautiful scenery, walking trails, and nearby dining options. Everything was convenient and family-oriented. If you’re looking for a fun and comfortable place to stay with family or friends, Timber Ridge Lodge is absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a wonderful resort. The staff are very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and are well supplied with the necessities. The water park is safe and clean. Lots of lifeguards. The snack bar inside the water park itself, is awesome. Johann and Emma helped us out tremendously. This was our second visit and will serve returning.

Overall, solid stay with my family. The water park is cool, but not a whole lot to do for all day. You only end up spending a couple hours before you’re bored. Cleanliness of the rooms is alright but the pools could use some cleaning on the bottom. Good time with my family overall though! We liked the basketball hoops in the pool and the arcade/cafe are nice, as well as the bowling alley for kids. The lazy river is nice as well!
