The receptionist was really helpful during check in and gave us a number of recommendations for food and drink. Brilliant location for exploring Bilbao, lots of bars and shops nearby and a short walk to the river. No air con but fans provided in the room and they were more than adequate. Would recommend.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and a beautiful surroundings. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, convenient place.

Clean, comfortable room. Hotel centrally located and easily accessible to transportation (or walking). Staff very helpful getting us oriented to the area. Good restaurants very close by. We were there during a soccer championship, so the streets were noisy at night - making sleep difficult even with windows closed. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would return next time.

Room was just as pictured with two great balconies down onto the street. But once balcony doors were closed the room was quiet. Staff was very friendly. Some more complete instructions would have been helpful about coffee availability in lounge and how to get new towels.

Location location location! Can’t beat the area. Around a ton of restaurants, bars, shopping. Basic room, but it was big. Would definitely stay there again! Staff was friendly and helpful!
