The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and overall we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that all the common areas people were smoking and the smell carried through the entire place. The staff was also very nice and accommodating.

it was a very nice room, the staff at the desk was friendly and helpful for an early check in. I thought the room was a great value. My only problem with the room was it had a methane smell like sewage gasses.

The hotel was freezing, our room smelled like weed(a lot), there were spills that weren’t cleaned in various places in the room, the casing for the closet was kicked in, the lampshades were dirty and wrinkled, hostess in the restaurant was rude, no one working both breakfast places to get a cup of coffee in the morning, the only place with free great coffee was the sports bar. We will not be back.

Loved the convenience of the Hard Rock! Navigating the space was really easy! The bathroom fixtures were a little dated, but everything was so convenient, the fitness center was well-equipped, and the staff were extremely friendly!!!
