I didn’t like that they didn’t have carts in the lobby to put your stuff on to bring up to your room. We had a lot of stuff and it was very hard for me and my husband. We didn’t know how to operate the elevator with the room card. The hotel needs to inform their guest. It would have been great to have a microwave in our room. Hotel needs to inform where the ice machine on your floor is. We went most of the visit and didn’t know. Other guest had to help us.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke so I asked for a different room due to allergies. The new room had a weird smell but thank God didnt smell like smoke. The remote wasnt working properly because i kept having to mash the button over and over to get it to go forward or back. The shower heads on both walls would not spray just had a light stream which was a huge disappointment. There was mildew on top of the shower door and dust all on the framing of the bathroom mirrors. The bed and pillows were great despite everything else.Very disappointed and wont be staying at Hard Rock again!

The room was clean, but clearly outdated with sun faded carpet toilet paper holder was broke. Coffee maker was broke and reported never replaced staff at the casino gave the impression that they were being put out when asked for information.
