The room was clean. The staff had as very accommodating. Loved being connected to several restaurants and amenities as well as the casino. The pool and hot tub looked amazing, but were not available for use (assuming seasonal issue being December. Convenient location to other nearby casinos and restaurants as well.

The room was clean. The parking was very easy and plentiful. We asked for a no smoking room but smoke (including a skunky odor) would come into the room periodically. Tuesday morning the rock music in the front of the hotel played all night until 8 am. Only one night did this occur while the other three nights the music was turned off. There was no daily room cleaning or service but housekeeping would bring towels, coffee, etc. when needed. We stayed in the Platinum tower which is a newer building than the other tower.
