Visiting family and friends, Harrah’s was centrally located for us. Pros were gulf view, comfortable beds and cold ac. Cons were unfriendly staff, dirty carpet in hallways and slow WiFi. Harrah’s needs a facelift.

We loved our stay at your property, other than it was awfully cold. We walked down to the Golden Nugget. It seemed like they had a lot more eating options. We also bought sweatshirts there to wear while we were gambling at your place.

Check in was absolute nightmare. We asked for an early check in. we were told it was guaranteed which is fine. We came back up at 345pm to ask about check in and was able to Check in and was told our room was ready. The lady at check in said “no it’s not ready” we then waited another 30 minutes to be told our room was ready again. Both times the lines were 20-30 people long for just checking in.
