A broken cabinet by the fridge, the safe didn't work. We had to have someone fix it. Waited a long time to be seated at Siszle and Salt restaurant ( no hostess). But my husband had hurt his hip and couldn’t walk to the lobby from our room. After getting transferred to a couple people, Security came to the rescue with a wheelchair. “Ilene” was wonderful helping him from our room to our car.

The hotel carpet really needs to be cleaned or replaced. Our room was just okay — nothing special. The carpet had several stains, likely from furniture being moved, leaving behind some rust marks. The shower fixtures weren’t in the best condition and looked like they had been given a quick, temporary fix. The bathroom floor also had noticeable stains. The casino was very quiet — no entertainment on a Saturday night — and the slot machines weren’t paying out much either. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful. The morning Starbucks line was long, with only one employee working at first, but the hotel manager eventually stepped in to help, which made a big difference. Overall, it’s not a luxurious place, but it’s fine for a short stay of a day or two. The seafood restaurant inside the casino was surprisingly good, and the gentleman working there provided great service.

Terrible staff room smelled horrible no refreshments in the room disgusting environment 0/5 is more appropriate. Staff was also rude and unhelpful. Due to us being unable to get another room or refund we just checked out 51min after getting to our room and paid for another room at another elsewhere

I ordered breakfast from the Magnolia House website, which said it went through. Waited 45 minutes for notification it was ready, finally went down to check and was told they never received the order. Waitstaff didn’t apologize, just said they’d take my order and it would take 10 minutes. Gave them my order and sat down to wait. 30 minutes later (after watching them chat about personal matters the entire time) I got up and asked about the delay. They walked over and grabbed my order and said it had been ready for 15 minutes or more. They let me sit there and ignored me and didn’t tell me the order was ready. No one apologized for this second screwup. The night before I had a terrible steak quesadilla at the Salt and Sizzle. The steak was mostly gristle, but at least the bartender was attentive and gave great service. IF I ever stay again I certainly won’t be eating at any of Harrah’s restaurants

The carpet was dirty. The carpet had a smell. The house keeping service was terrible. I asked for a spread/two nights in a row. I never received it/terrible service. I asked the housekeeper for extra towels when I arrived-I was told to call housekeeping/that was ridiculous!
