I valet parked and used the app to request my car. I requested my car at 5:15am because I had to be at the hospital at 6. When I went to get my car, there was not anyone at the valet desk. I asked 2 ladies that were talking at the front desk, and one lady replied, "oh, I am valet". Did you need your car? Then she said, I have to go get my computer. There was another person waiting on their car. If you want us to use the app to request your car also. Why don't the valet personnel check the app. I requested my car in plenty of time as not to be late. Thanks to valet - it did not work out that way! Also, in the lobby area, someone had a large pit bull dog.

While Parking was not the easiest thing and the rooms didn't have a microwave or mini fridge, the size of the room was amazing, the breakfast included option was really convenient for the children, bathroom was extremely clean and well stocked.

Loved staying here! I enjoyed having the fireplace in the room. Perfect pillows! Everyone was so helpful but my hat goes off to Marcus the bartender. Loved the historical references throughout the building. Room was very spacious and the linens smelled so fresh.

Not the best stay. The staff were all great but the rooms were not updated, lots of dust smell and the heater wasn’t working in one of the rooms and super loud in the other. The carpets were not updated and gross. It’s a beautiful old hotel so I hope the owner of this chain puts money into it to match the price we paid! The breakfast was decent
