Thanks for your suggestion and your review. About the map we try to now waste paper, so if you ask for a map we'll give it to you for free and with pleasure but we don't offer you a map because we are pretty sure that it would bring to a wasting of maps not used. About suggestion we don't agreem we just give suggestion about the best restaurant of the area that we personally already tried and that 99% of our guests enjoy. In any case is really hard to find bad restaurant in Bologna. About the big sign we cannot put bigger sign because of the building rules, otherwise we would for sure. About the bathroom unfortunately we cannot build more bathroon because we have not space to but with our suggestion about the use you can avoid the queue. Hope to see you soon. Best
