Very nice clean comfortable hotel. Good service

Nice little hotel, in lovely part of old Bordeaux. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Very reasonably priced. Good service. I liked it.

Bon emplacement et propre. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit. Nous avions fait la demande de 2 lits séparés lors de la réservation et nous avons reçu une réponse par mail de la part de l’hôtel dans les 30 minutes suivantes ce qui est très appréciable. Je recommande

Lage ist sensationell,Interieur nostalgisch, romantisch sowie originell. Ein Angestellter war wütend da ich zu spät kam für das Check-out. Ich war im Stau und hatte extra angerufen um dies anzukündigen und wenn er möchte könne er meinen Koffer schon aus dem Zimmer stellen. Er meinte es sei kein Problem. Als ich dann im Zimmer ankam klopfte er laut an die Türe und fragte in einem unfreundlichem Ton wie lange es daure. Ich wollte gerade zur Reception runter da klingelte das Telefon er sagte ich müsse jetzt raus wie weit ich denn sei. Seine Tonart als Dienstleister ist nicht akzeptabel. Für diese Verspätung verlangte er 30 Euro. Ich könne froh sein, dass ich nicht den vollen Zimmerpreis bezahlen müsse. Die 30 Euro habe ich bezahlt das ist für mich in Ordnung so. Doch diese Unfreundlichkeit ist nicht Kundenkonform. Schade um diesen Vorfall. Dieses Hotel werde ich nicht mehr buchen. Vielleicht können Sie mir aus Kundenkulanz die 30 Euro rückerstatten. Hallo Frau,Zunächst freuen wir uns, dass Ihnen das Hotel als solches gefallen hat.In Bezug auf den Vorfall bei Ihrer Abreise können wir leider nicht die Sachen der Gäste berühren, wenn sie im Zimmer verkauft werden, können wir nicht das Risiko eingehen, dass sich die Gäste im Falle von Verlust, Bruch oder Diebstahl gegen das Hotel wenden.Was den Aufpreis von 30 betrifft, haben Sie das Hotel um 14:30 Uhr verlassen, also 3 Stunden nach der üblichen Check-out-Zeit, und wir waren am selben Abend ausgebucht, so dass wir das Zimmer um jeden Preis brauchten. Zimmerfrauen mussten auch Überstunden machen, die bezahlt werden müssen, und sie haben auch ein Leben neben ihrer Arbeit.Es tut uns leid, dass sich die Veranstaltung so entwickelt hat, und wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
